Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KamiFlow ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Permitted Use
You may use KamiFlow solely for lawful business purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written consent. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
KamiFlow and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the template editor, rendering engine, and documentation. Your document templates remain your property. By using the Service, you grant KamiFlow a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
4. Service Level Agreement
KamiFlow commits to a 99.9% monthly uptime for its Core API on paid plans. In the event of breach, customers may claim service credits as described in the applicable order form. Credits are the exclusive remedy for availability failures.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement on 30 days written notice. KamiFlow may immediately suspend your access if you breach these Terms or engage in activity detrimental to the platform or other users.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KamiFlow's aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. KamiFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India. We encourage resolution through mutual discussion before resorting to litigation.
