KamiFlow is a document infrastructure platform built for regulated industries. This Privacy Policy describes how KamiFlow Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. ("KamiFlow", "we", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (such as account registration data, template content, and communication with our team), information we collect automatically (such as API usage logs, IP addresses, and device metadata), and information from third parties where permitted.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; process transactions; send relevant communications including product updates and compliance alerts; detect and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian law including the DPDP Act 2023.
4. Data Sharing
KamiFlow does not sell your personal data. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform (under strict data processing agreements), with regulators or law enforcement when legally required, and in connection with business transfers such as mergers or acquisitions.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Document generation logs are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hellokamiflow@gmail.com. We comply with all applicable retention obligations under RBI and SEBI guidelines.
6. Security
KamiFlow employs industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SOC 2 Type II aligned processes, role-based access control, and regular security audits. While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure.
7. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent where applicable; and file a complaint with the Data Protection Board. To exercise these rights, email hellokamiflow@gmail.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will update the effective date and notify you via email or in-app notification for material changes.
