Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

1. Free Tier

KamiFlow's Free tier is available at no cost and is not eligible for refunds as no payment is collected.

2. Paid Plans — Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. Paid Plans — Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund will be issued. You will retain access to the platform for the remainder of the annual term.

4. Free Trial

If you sign up for a paid plan after a free trial expires, the cancellation policy applies from the date of first charge, not the trial start date.

5. Service Credits

If KamiFlow fails to meet its committed 99.9% monthly uptime SLA, you may be eligible for service credits as described in your order form. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not paid in cash.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hellokamiflow@gmail.com with your registered email and order ID. We process refund requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

KamiFlow reserves the right to update this policy with 30 days notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to account administrators.
